Registration Fees

Registrations are now closed. 

Presenters are eligible for a discounted registration fee. A promo code will be sent to all confirmed presenters via email once the program has been released.

Registration Inclusions and Conditions

Member rates apply to delegates who are members of the Australian Science Teachers Association (ASTA) through membership of a State or Territory Science Teachers Association. These Associations are: SASTA, SEA*ACT, STANSW, STANT, STAQ, STAT, STAV and STAWA. Delegate registrations will be checked against state membership databases and delegates will be invoiced for the difference if you are not a current member. 

1 Day Registration includes access to the Conference Program, lunch, morning tea and Happy Hour catering on the nominated day of attendance ONLY.

Full (3 Day) Registration includes access to the Conference Program including Keynote Presentations, Stanhope Oration, Cutting Edge, Workshop sessions and offsite excursions. As well as lunch, morning tea and Happy Hour catering.

You must register for all social functions you would like to attend during the registration process. Some events have limited places available. Registration does not include the Conference Banquet and Science Breakfast for which there are additional fees.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a booking, you must do so in writing (email office@sasta.asn.au).

Notice of cancellation received more than 14 days before the event will incur a standard $50 administration processing fee, any registration fees received in addition to this amount will be refunded.

Notice of cancellation received less than 14 days before the event will incur a standard $100 administration processing fee, any registration fees received in addition to this amount will be refunded

For cancellation notice received less than 7 days before the event, registration fees unfortunately cannot be refunded. If the registration fee has not yet been paid, an invoice for the full fee will be sent for payment.
